As part of my holistic wellness offerings, I am also delighted to incorporate the healing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls into your massage session.

The soothing tones and gentle vibrations of the bowls help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite the body into a deeper state of relaxation. Paired with nurturing massage, they encourage tension to melt away naturally, creating a sense of grounding, restoration, harmony, and inner calm.
