Vanessa is passionate about health, wellness, and helping others discover the many dimensions of yoga. Her retreats guide students through meditation, asana practice, mindfulness, restoration, and rejuvenation for the mind, body, and soul – all with the aim of cultivating inner peace, happiness, and balance.
Vanessa has led five international retreats to Bali and five major retreats across New Zealand, creating transformative experiences for students of all levels.
